There are SO many options for heating and air conditioning service, it's hard to know which one to pick.

I had been using another company and everything had been good until the last couple of visits and I felt like I was being upsold on services that were not really necessary. The quotes approaches near a $1,000.00 dollars.

I believe in routine maintenance, especially when it comes to HVAC. It's like anything else mechanical, it requires service to extend it's lifetime.

I took a recommendation from a trusted Realtor I know who works for Compass in Fort Mill. He has had many opportunities to hear about and talk with other HVAC companies. He's been selling houses in Fort Mill/Rock Hill going on 8 years, he knows his stuff.

Without hesitation he recommend Zach & Eric Massey with EZ Heating and Cooling.

Today, I had them over for a routine inspection. They were easy to work with and communicate with and were in and out in less than an hour.

They gave me some recommendations for future consideration and explained in easy to understand language the importance of it.

These are two brothers that are local to Fort Mill/Rock Hill and stay very busy. They have a depth of experience in the trade and get consistent great reviews.

They stand by the work, it's their living in their long standing family business over generations.

Let me just start off by saying, we will ALWAYS use EZ Heating & Cooling from this point forward for any of our HVAC needs.

A week ago our unit completely died and temperatures had dropped to 26 degrees at night and it was going to continue to be in the low 30’s. We immediately called several HVAC companies and had them come out to give estimates to replace our unit. When we called EZ they responded immediately and were at our home with in a couple of hours. They were very professional, kind, and Knowledgeable. First, they looked at our old unit to make sure there was nothing that could be done to fix it. When they realized that it had to be replaced they explained it to us and then started discussing options for replacement. They spent time walking through our entire house inside & out with us to make sure we knew what to expect and pointed at any other issues they came across. This is something that other companies that came earlier that day did not do. Previous companies didn’t even ask to walk through the house & spent little to no time explaining the process to us. But Eric & Zach were so patient, polite, and thorough. We were so worried about getting a replacement because we didn’t have any money to put towards a new unit and we couldn’t afford another large monthly payment. But Eric & Zach were able to work with us and the loan company to make sure we were able to get our unit replaced and be able to afford the monthly payment. They were able to send us a link directly to our email that evening and within 20 mins we had been approved for the loan and it was within our budget! Unlike other companies, EZ has units/supplies in stock and can come out right away to install or fix your unit. Other companies wanted us to order a unit which could take up to 2 weeks and then wait another week or two to get on their schedule. Eric & Zach came out the NEXT DAY at 8:00AM sharp and started replacing our unit. They even spent extra time correcting some issues performed by previous companies to make sure everything was done properly and up to code. By 4:00PM the same day we had a new fully functional unit installed! Another thing to add is they very respectful of our pets in the home. We have a cat rescue. Therefore there are a lot cats free roaming in various areas of our home. EZ’s team followed our instructions regarding the cats and made sure to keep certain doors closed and not let any cats out during their install. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this company!! They go above and beyond!!!

Had EZ Heating and Cooling out to check out a few things with my heater. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable!!! They came recommended to me and I cannot say enough about them. So if you are in need give them a call. You will not be disappointed.
